The idea of walking in to a gym and going straight over to the free weights section used to terrify me, it was something I always wished I could do- but I had no idea what I was doing or where to start so would avoid and stick to cross trainers or treadmills- sure I'd work up a sweat but I would never feel like I had accomplished much. I decided one day to take the next steps and I looked for a personal trainer- I was pointed in Danielle's direction and I can hand on heart say this was the best decision I had ever made- I can confidently walk in to any gym and crack on with all that she has taught me. Danielle is not only knowledgeable and passionate about what she does but she is also relatable as she has been through the process her self. We set out goals- and each week would work towards them.
I initially wanted fat loss and to boost my confidence.... over time the aesthetic changes were obvious and pleasing- it was empowering, the confidence was starting to shine. The more I trained with Danielle the more my mindset shifted, I went from wanting to look a certain way and started to concentrate on feeling a certain way. pushing limits- getting extra reps-upping the weights- feeling stronger not only physically but also mentally and just being comfortable in my own skin. Danielle has taught me so much and has always made sure to push me- even on the days where I felt like giving up.. I always look forward to our sessions- even throughout the national lockdown's Danielle has kept me motivated and on track and has always understood when some days have felt tougher than others. No journey is linear and Danielle really has taught me to trust the process.

I went to see Danielle to lose a bit of weight. I've continued because I've not only lost weight I've grown Strength, confidence and my totally changed my attitude towards training and nutrition. I've always been a yo-yo dieter and tried every diet in the book. I would lose weight for a few weeks then straight away pile it all back on with extra. Not anymore! Good communication Good quality Professional I recently joined Danielle PT session early this year. Before starting training with Danielle, I was struggling to lose weight and didn't like my body shape. All I really knew was cardio and I had no idea what I was doing when it came to weights, this area of the gym always slightly intimidated me so I would just avoid it.
