WHAT I DO

My approach to Personal Training is much more than simply spending sessions together putting you through your paces. I can promise that you will leave every workout feeling stronger than the last, moving your body in ways which you didn’t feel were possible, performing exercises that you have seen others do but never had the knowledge or confidence to attempt.

But even more importantly, I help you to create an overall healthier lifestyle that will compliment your training, which is sustainable for the long term. I want to help women to maintain a balanced body and mind so they can feel happy in their skin while still enjoying life!

With the right nutritional education, I can show you how to successfully ditch the fad diets and get the body that you want.

If you are a complete beginner to the gym environment, I can teach you the basics and coach you from strength to strength.

If you’re an avid exerciser wanting to get more reward from your training, I can level up your training programme to guarantee the results you haven’t yet achieved.

Whatever your starting point, I can help you be a better version of yourself!

WHY I DO IT

I spent my previous life in an office 9-5 and my spare time in the gym without any real plan, making my way round the equipment, copying what I saw others do, hoping that at some point my body would change. Fed up with feeling frustrated, I decided to undertake my PT qualification to understand where I was going wrong. During this process, the science started to make sense and exercise and nutrition became my passion.

The knowledge and hands-on experience I have subsequently gained has helped me transform my own and many others lives. I have found a job that I absolutely love and my aim is to share my skills to positively impact as many women as I can. Online coaching

As your coach I am here to give you support and guidance every step the way so you have accountability to keep you on track. I will help you assess any barriers you may have are stopping you from reaching your goals and guide you to a more confident, healthier happier you.

Hybrid/Custom Packages

nutrition

You will receive tailored nutrition using the approach that is suitable for you. I provide macro targets, and a meal plan option so from analyze we can use the approach that will suit you best to keep you on track. All meal plans are tailored to your dietary needs and to suit your daily life and the macros allow you to have the flexibility you may need.

training

You will receive tailored training specific to your goal. All workouts are designed to fit around your schedule and lifestyle. You have the option to select a gym or home program as everything will be tailored to the equipment you have available. All programs follow the progressive overload principle so they will be changed when required to ensure you keep progressing towards that all-important goal.

I don’t just want to help you achieve your dream body, I want to help you achieve the dream MINDSET which will enable you to benefit from long term success. The fitness industry is saturated with online coaches, training programmes and e-books all promising to get you the ‘perfect’ body in as little as 10 weeks. My online coaching programme is not a ‘fast track ticket’, nor is it a quick fix for results. Instead, my online coaching is focused on developing a healthy relationship with food, understanding the key principles of training and nutrition, implementing daily habits and sustainable lifestyle changes and learning to love yourself first!
