I specialise in body transformation; fat loss, building muscle and helping you feel great. I have fluctuated in weight and shape a lot myself over the last 5 years and have found lots of fun, time efficient ways to reach a goal. For example – we will not be spending any time on the treadmill, unless it is to warm up for something much more gruelling! After competing at a high level of rugby, cycling, BMX and motocross which share some disciplines but also have many of their own, I am very well equipped to put together and implement specific training programmes across a plethora of sports where the below is needed

As a London based personal trainer and online coach specialising in lifestyle transformations, my passion is to educate my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, so with my methods every single one of my clients is delivered a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. You will receive a tailored nutrition plan using the approach that is suitable for you. I provide macro targets, and a meal plan option so from analyse we can use the approach that will suit you best to keep you on track. All meal plans are tailored to your dietary needs and to suit your daily life and the macros allow you to have the flexibility you may need.

training

You will receive a tailored training programme specific to your goal. All workouts are designed to fit around your schedule and lifestyle. You have the option to select a gym or home program as everything will be tailored to the equipment you have available. All programs follow the progressive overload principle so they will be changed when required to ensure you keep progressing towards that all important goal.

This provides extra accountability and support where you can share your own experiences, struggles and wins you have achieved.

TECHNIQUE FEEDBACK

Weight training can be scary for many individuals and quite often there is a misconception that you need to be at a certain level to be able to start a coaching program- this is absolutely not the case! As part of my coaching, clients can send me videos of them performing the exercises in their program so I can tweak and provide exercise cues and tips to improve their form and exercise technique.

WEEKLY CHECK INS

Each week you will have the opportunity to check in with me where we log your progress from the previous week. My app allows you to track your weight, measurements and photos all in one place, so this is great to reflect back on how much you have achieved and also holds you accountable.

Check ins are essential for me to make any required changes to your plans so I can ensure you are consistently progressing towards the goals we have created. I take a holistic approach by asking feedback on your mindset, energy, sleep and eating habits as I truly believe health is multifaceted so getting great results is not just about decreasing the number on the scale
