WHY I DO IT
I spent my previous life in an office 9-5 and my spare time in the gym without any real plan, making my way round the equipment, copying what I saw others do, hoping that at some point my body would change. Fed up with feeling frustrated, I decided to undertake my PT qualification to understand where I was going wrong. During this process, the science started to make sense and exercise and nutrition became my passion.
The knowledge and hands-on experience I have subsequently gained has helped me transform my own and many others lives. I have found a job that I absolutely love and my aim is to share my skills to positively impact as many women as I can.
